Who am I?
Bringing stories to life to empower my generation
I build tools and bring stories to life to empower my generation - creating a community of change to tackle some of the biggest issues of our time. With my work I aim to uncover and distill truths about our world that may otherwise be overlooked. I love the process of learning and I am constantly honing my skills in data science, visual storytelling, and leadership.
I graduated from Duke University in 2017 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, focused on conservation and sustainable development. My passions initially led me to Santa Monica, CA where I spent a year and a half on Red Bull’s data science team collaborating with amazing scientists, artists, and athletes on a multitude of different projects and adventures.
In January 2019, I joined Alter Global as a storytelling fellow for three months to highlight the incredible entrepreneurs building companies in Bangladesh, Nigeria, and other emerging markets around the world. Most recently, I joined the Paystack team in Lagos, Nigeria as the company’s first data scientist. I lead analytics strategy for the company and create value by championing data-driven decision-making frameworks and running workshops to share insights on data modeling and presentation.
